Inheritance System

Package Description

๐Ÿฐ Bunny Inheritance โ€” Advanced Estate & Family System for FiveM ESX

Turn player inactivity into an entirely new roleplay experience with Bunny Inheritance, a complete inheritance, family registration, estate claiming, corruption, hacker intel, and police auction system built for FiveM ESX servers.

Instead of inactive characters simply disappearing from the city, their money, vehicles, properties, inventory, and weapons can become part of a valuable estate that family members can claimโ€”or criminals can attempt to access through illegal methods.

๐Ÿ•’ Automatic Inactivity System

Bunny Inheritance automatically tracks when characters were last active.

Server owners can configure how many days a player must remain inactive before their estate becomes eligible for inheritance.

Selected character identifiers can also be completely excluded from the system.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ง Family Registration

Players can visit the configurable City Hall Registry to officially register family members.

When registering someone, they must select their relationship, such as:

  • Son

  • Daughter

  • Spouse

  • Brother

  • Sister

  • Grandchild

  • Custom family relationships

The maximum number of family members is configurable.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Complete Estate System

Eligible estates can include configured player assets such as:

  • Cash

  • Bank money

  • Other ESX accounts

  • Inventory items

  • Weapons

  • Vehicles

  • Houses / properties

The system creates an estate snapshot and calculates the character's estimated total fortune.

๐Ÿฆ Dedicated Inheritance Claims Desk

Registered family members can visit a separate Inheritance Claims Desk once the estate becomes eligible.

The server validates the family relationship and estate status before allowing the inheritance to be claimed.

Multiple family members and estate splitting are also supported.

๐Ÿ’ป Hacker Data Broker

Want to take the illegal route?

A configurable Hacker NPC provides information about citizens who have been inactive beyond the required period.

Browsing inactive citizens is free, but players must pay separately to:

Reveal Social ID โ€” Obtain the citizen's permanent Social ID.

Reveal Fortune โ€” Discover the estimated value of their estate.

Social IDs can also be printed to the player's F8 console for easy reference.

๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ Corrupt Registrar

Take a leaked Social ID to the Corrupt Registrar and attempt to illegally register yourself as part of that citizen's family.

The bribe price and success chance are fully configurable.

This creates additional underground roleplay around wealthy inactive citizens and their estates.

๐Ÿš” Police Estate & Auction System

If an eligible estate remains unclaimed, Police can handle it through a dedicated PD Estate Dashboard.

Authorized officers can view inheritance-related information including:

  • Citizen information

  • Inactive days

  • Estate status

  • Money/accounts

  • Inventory

  • Weapons

  • Vehicles

  • Properties

  • Registered family members

  • Relationships

  • Estimated total estate value

  • Auction eligibility

  • Previous auction information

A configurable auction waiting period prevents Police from immediately selling an estate.

For example:

30 inactivity days + 15 auction waiting days = auction available after 45 days.

Auction eligibility is validated server-side.

๐Ÿ”จ Police Estate Auctions

Once the full waiting period has passed, authorized Police can auction an unclaimed estate.

Auction payouts can be configured for:

  • Police society account

  • Individual officer

The payout percentage is also configurable.

๐Ÿ’ต Admin Price Manager

Bunny Inheritance includes a dedicated Admin Valuation NUI for managing estate values.

Admins can manage prices for:

  • Vehicles

  • Items

  • Weapons

Vehicle prices can automatically be retrieved from a configured vehicles database table.

Admins can then manually add or override prices directly through the interface.

Manual values are permanently stored in the Bunny Inheritance database and take priority when calculating estate worth.

๐Ÿงช Debug & Testing System

Developers and server administrators can enable:

Config.Debug = true

to access special testing functionality.

Authorized admins can force a character's inactive days without waiting weeks to test inheritance and auction functionality.

Debug commands are completely unavailable when Debug Mode is disabled.

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Automatic Estate Cleanup

After an estate has been successfully claimed or auctioned, Bunny Inheritance can automatically clean up the inactive character's configured gameplay data.

Historical estate snapshots, auction records, and audit information can remain available for administrative history.

Cleanup is disabled while Debug Mode is active, making development and testing easier.

โš™๏ธ Highly Configurable

Configure important options including:

  • Inactivity requirement

  • Police auction waiting period

  • Maximum family members

  • Multiple-family inheritance

  • Estate splitting

  • Hacker prices

  • Corrupt Registrar bribe price

  • Bribe success chance

  • NPC models

  • NPC locations

  • Interaction distance

  • Police jobs

  • Police minimum grade

  • Auction payout percentage

  • Character exclusions

  • Vehicle database tables

  • Housing database tables

  • Inventory storage

  • Item valuations

  • Weapon valuations

  • Vehicle valuations

  • Admin permissions

Database mappings are configurable to make integration with different ESX server setups significantly easier.

๐ŸŽฎ Designed for Deeper Roleplay

Bunny Inheritance isn't simply an inactivity checker.

It creates an interconnected roleplay system involving families, valuable estates, inheritance claims, underground information trading, identity leaks, corruption, Police investigations, and estate auctions.

One inactive citizen can create an entirely new storyline for your server.

๐Ÿฐ Bunny Inheritance โ€” Your fortune doesn't disappear when you leave the city. Someone else might be waiting to claim it.
